Pivotal Staffing is currently recruiting for a Line Operator (Lead Hand).
the Line Operator is an integral part of the backing production line working directly with our products. The Line Operator will also be an active participant in the quality assurance program.
The susscessful applicant will process:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of baking experience in an industrial setting
- Basic written and oral communication skills (English)
- Attention to detail is critical
- Proficient with operation of automated manufacturing equipment
- Demonstrated coaching and people growth skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently
The successful candiate will be responsible for:
- set up and configure of dough proofer
- set up and configure of dough divider
- set up and configure of tortilla press
- measure finished products
- Write measurements
- Help troubleshoot line performance issues
- Comply with all sanitation, food safety and health and safety programs
This position will be full time for the successful candiate. This position is starting at $16 to $17.00 per hour.
